Our products are designed in the Australia and Japan, and manufactured in various locations, including Japan, China, and Korea, ensuring high-quality and innovative techwear designs.

Order Tracking & Incomplete Orders

How can I track my parcel?

My order is incomplete, what can I do?

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from our warehouses to expedite delivery. If all items aren't received within 20 business days, contact us for a shipment review.

Package Delivery

Will my package be hand-delivered?

Parcels are delivered to your mailbox, or in person if too large. If you're unavailable, a notice will be left for pickup at the nearest post office.

Size and Returns

My garment is too small/big. How can I replace it?

Refer to our size guides on product pages or contact us for assistance before ordering. Returns for size issues are at the customer's expense. We only cover product reship if the size isn’t matching the size information provided on the product page.

Return & Cancellation

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Contact us ASAP to modify orders. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed/cancelled.
